ENTREE SALADS

 

GORGONZOLA STEAK  *    Certified Angus sirloin steak layed over chopped romaine, wild greens, balsamic herb vinaigrette, bacon, gorgonzola crumbles, croutons, grape tomatoes, pickled red wine onions

 

TOGORASHI AHI  * seared togorashi ahi over mixed greens tossed with cabbage, carrots, red bells, cucumbers in a honey ginger dressing, citrus soy, wasabi aioli, finished with crisp wontons and avocado (avocado may be substituted at chefs discretion due to quality etc.)

Entree salad is also available with togorashi chicken breast

 

PAPRIKA CHICKEN  grilled paprika seasoned chicken breast sliced over wild greens, arugula, roasted butternut squash, cranberries, pear slices, apple cider vinaigrette, goat cheese, candied pecans
